Tracy’s Healthy Flax Seed Muffins

Tracy’s Flax Seed Muffins 
Preparation time: 35 minutes Serves: 12
Dry ingredients:
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown Sugar
1 tablespoon baking Powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients:
2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup butter milk
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla

Additives:
1 cup golden raisons
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix wet ingredients together.
Combine dry and wet ingredients (do not over mix)
Fold in Raisons and Nuts.
Fill greased muffin pan 3/4 full.

Place in a preheated 350 over for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick
Comes out clean (do not over bake). Makes 12 muffins Recipe may be doubled
