Preparation time: 15 minutes Serves 3-4
3 tbl. Butter
3 tbl. Flour
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 ½ cups milk
2 cans of flaked salmon
1 cup canned or frozen peas
6 slices Texas toast.
Melt butter. Add flour, salt & pepper, stirring until smooth. Add milk and cook over low heat stirring until slightly thick. Add the salmon and peas and heat through. Serve over toast.
