4 Short Ribs (lean and bone in)
2 small pkgs. Onion soup mix
Turn oven to 250F. Peel carrots and cut in half lengthwise. Peel onion and cut in thick slices. On about 3 layers of heavy duty foil place layer of short ribs, layer of vegetables, one envelope of soup mix, then short ribs, followed by the remaining vegetables. Sprinkle with remaining soup mix, cover tightly and place of cookie sheet in oven. Cook 3 to 4 hours.
