1 9” unbaked pastry shell
1 tsp cinnamon
14 oz can pumpkin
1/2 tsp ginger
1 can eagle brand milk
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 425, In large bowl combine filling ingredients, mix well and turn into crust. Bake 15 mins., reduce oven to 350 and continue baking 35-40 mins. or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool before cutting. Garnish with whipped cream.
