Preparation time: 60 minutes Serves: 8-10
\nCrust:
\n1\u00bd cups graham wafer crumbs
\n\u00bd cup melted margarine
\n\u00bc cup brown sugar
\n\u00bd tsp. Cinnamon<\/p>\n

Topping:
\n2 large pkgs. Cream cheese
\n4 eggs
\n\u00be cup white sugar
\n1 tsp. vanilla
\n1 cup sour cream
\n\u00bc cup white sugar<\/p>\n

Glaze:
\n2 \u2013 10 oz. cans mandarin oranges
\n1\/8 cup white sugar<\/p>\n

Measure 1 cup of juice from oranges and set aside. Cover mandarin oranges with sugar and let stand.
\nPress crust into greased pie pan. Combine filling ingredients and pour over crust. Bake at 350\u25e6 for approximately 40-50 minutes or until filling is firm. Mix sour cream and sugar and pour over cheesecake, return to oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and place mandarin oranges on cake. Combine the 1 cup of juice with 1 tbsp. cornstarch and cook until thickened. Pour over oranges and refrigerate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
