Preparation time: 30 minutes. Makes 30 Biscuits<\/p>\n

1 cup flour
\n1 \u00bd tsp. baking powder
\n\u00bd tsp. dry mustard
\n\u00bc tsp. baking soda
\n\u00bc cup onion powder
\n\u00bd cup reduced fat sour cream
\n\u00bc cup ground cooked ham
\n3 tbsp. 1% milk<\/p>\n

Preheat oven to 450. Stir together dry ingredients. Using a wooden spoon, stir in sour cream, ham and milk. Mix just until a soft dough forms. Knead for 30 seconds on a floured surface, then pat into a 7\u201d circle. Using a well floured cutter (1 inch) cut into biscuits. Place biscuits 1\u201d apart in a lightly greased baking sheet, brush the tops with additional milk. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Makes about 30 biscuits. Serve with piping hot cup of tea or freshly brewed coffee and share with friends and family.
